for artists who are only interested in rehearsal and/or teaching space, we ask $60-80 monthly.

for artists who intend to use the gallery for performances, we ask $80-100.

for groups or organizations who want to join collectively, we ask $80-100 and $100-120, respectively, for uses as stated above.

we are willing to negotiate alternative arrangements for folks with special circumstances.  just ask.
